Access to specified pages on ukeventsdiary.com and the subsequent data attached is restricted strictly to visitors who have been issued with permissions and access links by The UK Events Diary. Under no circumstances can these pages, permissions or links be shared with third parties nor is it permissible for these pages to be viewed by anyone other than those persons or entities with the appropriate authorisation. The Standard Data Spreadsheet provided to each subscriber by The UK Events Diary is authorised for viewing within a maximum of three devices per corporate entity (including subsidiaries and any associate companies), organisations or individuals. Additional usage can be licensed by further agreement. Subscriptions to The UK Events Diary are for one year from the date of purchase. Purchasing a Subscription constitutes a binding contract between The UK Events Diary and the Subscriber. Subscribers shall receive access via a Web link to view the data (in spreadsheet format). An updated link will be forwarded to the Subscriber at the beginning of each month for the period of their Subscriptions. Payment is required in full before receiving access to view the data. Cancellations or refunds (complete or partial) before the end of the Subscription period shall only be considered in exceptional circumstances or whereby The UK Events Diary has been proved negligent in providing the service as described (All disclaimers stated in respect of the Diary data content concerning errors & omissions are not deemed to be negligent). Any refund agreed to by The UK Events Diary may be subject to an administrative charge and will be paid on the last day of the month. 

While The UK Events Diary takes reasonable precautions on the website to prevent computer viruses and other malicious programs no liability is accepted for them. Connection to this site will be transmitted via public networks, and The UK Events Diary makes no warranty or representation that the operation of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and disclaims all liability in respect thereof.

Comment Policy
